FME->DVO: Please see attached document. The height and width types are set to
ATT_VAR_SIZE. During the xml export, these seem to change to ATT_MIN_SIZE. If it
is necessary to change the values from ATT_VAR_SIZE to ATT_MIN_SIZE, we should
set the width and heigth values to 0.
