more meaningful description for www project in IssueTracker needed, current 
says:

The production space of OpenOffice.org. Includes all pages in the 'www' 
directory, as well as overall functionality and performance.

I couldn't deduce that this is the component where to file IssueTracker issues.

Perhaps more meaningful is: covers websites offers

The same applies to website.

I personally never quess which component is the right one - www or website. st
will almost *always* change it ;-)

To me (and Louis - i guess) it's quite easy.

All issues with the technical infrastructure (SourceCast) go to www. They will
probably be forwarded.

All problems with the content go to website (I think this should include content
of the www, download, ... - Louis may raise his voice) here) or the respective
project.

If somebody comes up with a nice phrasing I would be glad to change the
description in IssueTracker.

Btw, this seems to be a duplicate of 9299.
