There are obvious holes in the list of keyboard shortcuts that
can be assigned to functions.  For instance, there is + and -, but
no = key, so you can't use teh + and - that are home keys.  All of
the following useful keys are also missing, with all variations of
modifier keys: [ ] \ ; ' , . ` <Tab>.

Also frustrating is that you can't use Meta in a shortcut, but that
is already reported in another issue.
