Found in version 680m32 (did not appear in version list at time of submitting), 
in Writer and Calc.

Steps
-----
It set the look&feel to another value as 'Standard' (in OOo options).I close the 
options window ans the GUI changes as expected. 
When i return to the options window, the value displayed for look&feel is 
'Standard' again, altough i haven't changed anything.
It is impossible to switch back to the initial GUI (Windows GUI in my case).

Workaround
----------
When I set scale=101% (or anything different from 100%) and look&feel=standard, 
the GUI reverts to standard as planned.

My guess: the problem seems to come from the combination of 2 'features':
- only fields that change are taken into account
- the field 'look&feel' switches back to 'standard' automatically.

By the way: the problem is the same for the scale: it always switches back to 
100%.

Feature will soon be displayed by a native widget implementation. "Look and
feel" won´t therefore exist any longer. Issue is closed.
