Due some problems the first step was to add the namespace hardcoded even in the
stylesheets of the common folder, which should be used for various
transformation with various namespaces.

Aside of 
1) the removal of the XHTML default namespace, 
2) going to remove deprecated xmlns as well (e.g. system, urlencoder, etc.) and 
3) rename the main_html.xsl starting file to ooo2xhtml.xsl
