I don't see this as a defect. We have never had an update feature for minor
versions.

I can't get this to work if I do a -net installation on Solaris as an
administrator. The setup installation script seems to look in ~/.sversionrc and
~/<user_install_dir_according_to_.sversionrc> after a previous installation and
suggests to update that one. This is not the desired behavior AFAIC when it
comes to -net installations.
