A page feed with a new page number leads to a ghost page. I have inserted a
manual line break after the "real" page 3 (labeled with III). On the next page,
you read "Exegese", it's the "real" page 4. When I set a new page count with the
page break, I have one ghost page.

Try to export to PDF or to print, you'll receive a ghost page before "Exegese".
