there is no idl-desciption for this service, that is returned if one asks a 3D
shape for its ShapeType.
The same is valid for all Shape3D... services that one seems to be able to
instanciate at a drawing document.

AW->JSK: API for 3D was never completely documented due to lack of time (that
has not changed). Since this is no SO8 target i wnat to set this one on Office
Later. There is no schedule for this task. CL agrees. Please set to Office Later.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
