OO.org 641C crashes reproducibly when using "Insert -> Frame" or editing a frame style and 
clicking on the "Type" tab. SuSE Linux 6.4, XFree86 4.1.0.

Confirmed.  I have the same problem.  Inserting a frame is impossible,
it causes a crash.
