During the installation, Japanese README.html shows a lot of question marks,
English descriptions and Japanese.

I think mws_srx645's readme.xrm has got a problem.
Chinese simplified build's README.html shows one line garbage, German, English
and Chinese.

of @ mh: This is a regression from 1.1 to 1.1.1. So I don't think it'a
'documentation' or 'translation' problem.

by review of the source I don not confirm this as regression.
also patch for readme.xrm is missing.

By reviewing the sources, this is certainly a regression from 1.1 to 1.1.1.
I have just compared mws_srx645's readme.xrm with OOo_1.1.0_source.tar.gz's
readme.xrm since I can't cvs-checkout OpenOffice_1_1, cws_fix645_ooo111fix2,
cws_srx645_ooo111fix3 right now due to something wrong with the ooo's cvs
repository.

Diff between the two readme.xrm will be attached.

If you look into the Diff, you will see a lot of changes including a lot of
garbages, english, and german given to ja and zh etc. strings.
