Description Oliver Brinzing 2004-03-05 15:36:54 UTC
Hi,

I have a strange bug with my SO 7.0 PU1 (645m18, 645m23)

When loading a calc *.sdc file (so5.2) which has a listbox
with values, the values do not appear in SO 7.0 ...

this does not happen with OO 1.1.0 (645m18) ...

I will create an attachment ...

regards

Oliver

Hi,

reassign to the resp. QA-Engineer.

msc -> oc:
yes in OOO 1.1 the list is filled with values, in OOO 1.1.1 it's not.

Bye Marc

Oliver, which version did you use to produce the file?
Comment 4 Frank Schönheit 2004-03-08 08:29:22 UTC
Also happens with list boxes in Writer documents.
Affects only binary file formats.
Regression of the "bind form controls to spreadsheet table cells" feature, which
was introduced with PU1.

sending back to DBA, grabbing.

fs->fs: the form-level listbox "overwrites" the toolkit-level property
"StringItemList", but reading binary formats is done on the toolkit level. Need
to adjust OListBoxModel::read.
Comment 7 Frank Schönheit 2004-03-19 08:33:48 UTC
note: same problem with string lists in combo boxes, for the same reason. Will
fix both.
Comment 8 Frank Schönheit 2004-03-19 09:57:53 UTC

Hi,

fixed in OOo 1.1.2 which will be available soon -> close.
Feel free to reopen if this issue is not fixed in the final 1.1.2 build.

Bye Marc

Hi,

I just noticed, that there is another bug in OO 1.1.1 with the listboxes ...

if you copy a sheet containing a Listbox via gui, the Listboxs items are
lost on the copy ...

And I don't know if this will be also fixed in OO 1.1.2

Please check ... cause this would be really worse

regards

Oliver

Oliver, could you please submit a new issue for this new problem? See
http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling/basic_rules.html#one_per_issue for a
reasoning. Thanks.
