Problems with Headers

I can duplicate a similar problem on OOo 1.1.0 running on Fedora Linux Core 1. Page setup shows the drawing elements on each page, but when it prints they are only pritned onto the first page. I use a Stylus CX5100 (well, Stylus CX5200 - this doesn't matter however) using the gimp-print-ijs driver.
