user nedrichards was lead of marketing. Then he left. All project lead elements were transferred over to 
the new leads.  But IssueZilla continues to default to nedrichards.  This must be changed to default to 
the current marketing lead, jacqueline.

This can be changed by the admin person of OO by themselves. So closing this as 
an an invalid issue as this is not an defect but a change have to be made by 
the admin of OO.

When I submit a new issue it defaults to nedrichards. "nedrichards" does not exist.

I cannot change to whom the issue defaults.

Currently, there is two project owners, none of which is nedrichards.

I have reoponed the issue to such time that new issues default to the current
project owners.

I guess I wasn't clear ;(
I have naturally tried to correct this using the admin UI... and guess what? it doesn't work..:((
That's why i filed the issue. Because the system is broken.
(also, as a general note, please don't close an issue without first checking with the filer.)

Can you file a PCN to address this, indicate the # here, and then regularly update it.  This particular 
problem has been a nagging one.

For technical reasons we have to move the issue to another subcomponent tan 'www'.

Based on stefan previous comments confirming that this issue has been fixed . I
am closing this issue please reopen if necessary.
