The "Conditional Formatting" in the spreadsheet application doesn't allow you to
choose the cell background color as an option. This would be nice so that you
could specify the "=MOD(ROW(),2)" condition and then choose a color other than
the default white. That way you could get alternating row colors in Open Office
which improves readability when you print out your spreadsheet.

Hi,

as the conditional formatting in calc is working with cell styles, you have just
to add a new cell style in the stylist (F11) and assign it.
