import filter for Visio format

Add a filter for reading Visio diagrams that can be then be saved a graphic file so it can imported into other OOo documents.

Hello Team This sounds like a high-priority issue to me. Would allow to recycle all my drawings from the MS past. Sounds trivial to most folks but for an IT consultant this means dozens of hours of works I otherwise would have in case to redraw with OO DRAW (which I did in the last 10 months by the way, but still not finished :-) MS has created a niche littlke niche there and no competitor in sight! If OO Draw could especially import (prio 1) and export (prio 2) Visio objects (and maybe even create new ones, prio 3) this gives OO another very convincing "yes we can do that too" reason!
