Workstation user auto-setup following a network install

In multi-user systems, such as Windows NT, 2000, XP and Linux, a new install should detect OS as multiuser and install as a network install, placing shortcuts in the default desktop menu structure. When a user clicks on the shortcut the workstation part of the install should be performed automatically (and silently?).
Done for OOo 680: There will be only a 'network' installation. No workstation setup is need. The current version is not feature complete yet. The 'all user' option is not fully integrated. But the 'current user' option will give you a taste of what will be.
