When clicking on the highlighter and highlighting text on the page the displayed
page will jump/scroll up a few lines. Here's how it works:

- I click on the higlighter tool, then move my mouse over the 'page'. Then I
move the mouse back up to the toolbar and the page scrolls a few lines. If I
repeat this the page will continue to scroll to the top of the doc.
- If instead I click on the highlighter and then move the mouse over the bottom,
status bar of the OOo, then back over the page the page will scroll down and
continue to do so.

HI->OS: The Highlighter seems to have a scroll problem. Tested with landscape
settings.

OO 2.0 does the same.
very annoying. especially when reading and highlighting an html page saved from
the web, moving the mouse on the sides of the screen(without clicking) might be
enough to find your self at the very beginning (or very end) of the page.
