Description amelagar2 2004-02-03 17:09:32 UTC
I draw a box and resize it to be exactly 12 by 12 centimeters, using Format ->
Position and Size and inserting the correct values. When I print the page, the
box measures 11,40 by 11,40 centimeters. I haven't checked other sizes - 12 by
12 is the size for a cd booklet.

Please check the following: have a look under print/options/page options. It
should be set to default. Option "fit" will shrink the content. You can activate
a dialog which asks you before printing which option to use. Please go to
Tools/options/Openoffice.org/print/printer warnings and activate the paper size
warning. Thanks.

Okay, thanks very much, that helped - sorry for reporting this as a bug. I
still think there's something wrong: the default option was set to "Fit to
page" instead of "Default", and when I chose "Default" and I try to print the
program warns me and suggests I use "Fit to page". This is very confusing.

Fit to page is only selected because one of the three radio buttons has to be
selected so we took the first one. Thanks for your help and for posting this.
