Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 25001
Sheared objects don't look right in MS PowerPoint
Last modified: 2004-04-26 10:53:23 UTC
When drawing a flowchart in Impress, I created some diamond-shaped boxes by rotating a rectangle and resizing it. Looks great. But when I export it to a .PPT format, MS Office doesn't see them properly. Is this something I'm doing, or are the file formats not spot-on yet? I can make the .sxi slide available if need be.
Created attachment 12844 [details] SXI with resized & rotated rectangles.

SJ: This Issue is about a problem with objects having a ShearAngle, therefore I renamed the title. In general PowerPoint is not supporting a shear angle, therefore we have to convert sheared objects into polygon objects not having a ShearAngle. Issue 20490 is not duplicate to this Issue, though Issue 25001 is blocking a fix.
