What?
It would be helpful, to make it possible to enter new colors as hexadecimal numbers.

Where?
At the color palette configuration dialog at Tools>Options>OpenOffice>Colors>Edit

Why?
RGB colors are often stated in hexadecimal numbers(e.g in HTML tags like <FONT
COLOR="#f0ba9c">). The workflow is unecessary long, if the user has to convert
the numbers for all three colors with a pocket calculator to decimal, before he
can enter it into OOo.

OpenOffice.org Issue Tracker - Feedback Request.

To manage the many suggestions for enhancing the color palette, I have created a
meta-issue here:
Issue 105642 - Re-design and UI improvements for color palettes (meta-issue)

The purpose of the new issue is for management only, it does not duplicate
specific design requests (that we wish to capture).

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
