I believe that what I am reporting is a defect. Consider figure 16 in the 
attached document. In the first document, the text wraps quite nicely around it. 
However, if you stretch Figure 16 a little to the left (the second document), 
the word wrap gets messed up.

been updated within the last 4 years. Please consider re-testing with one of the
latest versions of OOo, as the problem(s) may have already been addressed.
Either use the recent stable version: http://download.openoffice.org/index.html
