I opened an existing html document to edit using the html editor. I blocked a
text, and clicked on the Hyperlink dialog. Here i modified the link to which
this text was earlier pointing to. But, the hyperlink dialog, did not store the
blocked text as the default text for this link. I had to re-enter the link text.
[ in the Further Settings tab ]

By default, the highlighted [ or blocked ] text  should be used as the text for
the link. The user can later on edit it, if needed.

I cannot reproduce it.
Please add a sample document and a step by step description of what you do.
