When you zoom in on a document you get, of course, an enlarged view of the
ruler. But more subdivisions are not visible. In particular, when working in cm,
it would be so much better for the ruler to divide into mm divisons. Very
helpful when, for instance, setting up table width.

been updated within the last 4 years. Please consider re-testing with one of the
latest versions of OOo, as the problem(s) may have already been addressed.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
