Description Unknown 2001-12-05 03:00:03 UTC
During equation entry the annoying scroll bars appear on the
equation display window even when it is not needed (clickin with mouse
to the corner of the window resumes proper display). Sometimes the
equation preview window gets updated incorrectly - it gets updated
right when I exit the equation editor and re-enter.

Unfortunately I can not give you exact recipe how to repeat these
but once you test out the eqn editor you should see these things
rather quickly.

MRU->TL: Could it be possible to show the scrollbar in the command
window only when it is needed?
Or is desired, to show it all time? If so, please give the reason, so
that´s understandable to the community. Thanks!

Need to ask MT about this.
Comment 4 thomas.lange 2003-02-05 11:10:31 UTC
According to MT hiding the scroll bars would be a too large effort
for a rather tiny enhancement. And comparing it with other
windows/boxes in OO (e.g. the macro edit view) the behaviour is
similar to those.
Thus the behaviour will remain as it is.

TL->MRU: Please clsoe.

sorry, but this won't be implemented due to a much too high workload,
which will be caused by it (and the little effort it will result).
