Please add a menu item from within the openoffice application to submit
documents to the openoffice bug tracker. I receive MS Office documents often and
they don't import correctly. It would be extremely convenient if I could simply
select a menu item and submit the documents to the bug tracker instead of
manually needing to log in, create a new ticket, attach the document, etc. If
you don't want every random user submitting bad bug reports, require an active
openoffice login to be entered and submit it along with the bug report and document.

This would be even more effective with a "data scrambler". For documents that
didn't import correctly but contain sensitive data, you still want to receive
the bug report but the user may be reluctant to send it. As part of your bug
tracker submission process, allow the user to select cells/areas to have their
data scrambled before the document is submitted. 

Apologies if this is a duplicate request or if this is the wrong area to submit
it. I did a cursory search around the site but didn't see any like this.

OpenOffice.org Issue Tracker - Feedback Request.

The Issue you raised has the status 'New' pending further action, but has not
been updated within the last 4 years. Please consider re-testing with one of the
latest versions of OOo, as the problem(s) may have already been addressed.
Either use the recent stable version: http://download.openoffice.org/index.html
or consider trying the new OOo 3 BETA (still in testing):
http://download.openoffice.org/3.0beta/
 
Please report back the outcome so this Issue may be Closed or Progressed as
necessary - otherwise it may be Resolved as Invalid in the future. You may also

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
