when i go trough http://www.openoffice.org mailing i don't see following links.
If i go through projets links only i will know there are some other mailing 
groups are available.

Installation



Expected behavior according to me is

we can have only one mailing list link where all the projects are present or
we also can have in multiple places with all the project.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand your request.
It wasn't the goal to have a complete list of all mailing lists anywhere.

So, which links are missing on which page?
