*** I AM POOR IN ENGLISH (I come from Taiwan) ***
I am not using English version of OOo, so some words may incorrect.

Bug: Tab Incorrect

The way to show the bug:
Create a new document(Alt+F,N,T)
Format(Alt+O), paragraph(A), before the word(B): set 3cm, first line(F): set
-3cm, press [OK] button
Format(Alt+O), paragraph(A), Tab(I'm not sure about this, but it is the 6th tab
count from the left), position: 4cm, press [new create] button, press [OK] button
press [Tab] key two times, and key some words, you can find out that the words
start in the 3cm this is correct
save the document in OOo Writer format(.sxw), close the document
open the document that you saved before, you can find out that the words is NOT
start from 3cm, it's look like starts from 1.75cm!! this is INCORRECT, a BUG.
PS: press one more [Tab] can solve the problem in the short time, but it is
still a bug.

Sorry, I have typed some incorrect volume, please change [position: 4cm] to
[position: 1cm], please.
if using 4cm will not show the bug

I cannot reproduce it in OOo1.1.2 (well I cannot recreate it. Your document
still shows the problem because wrong values have been saved, but correcting
thos values and resaving cures the problem)
Please check this in a current build
