Description lolomic 2004-01-07 08:37:14 UTC
OO 1.1.0 - French
Win2000 - SP4
Spreadsheet

1. Select Insert/Hyperlink
2. Enter URL adress or target in document
3. Select Type (or "Shape" in english ?) = Button
4. Enter the name of the button in TEXT field
5. Select Apply

Now you have a button that works well but you can't either modify it or delete it.

The documentation says :

"Edit an hyperlink button : click on the border in order to select it, or press the ALT key when clicking on it. Open the dialog box, ..."

Clicking on the border doesn't select it nor pressing ALT at the same time clicking on the button.

However, this feature (selecting) is working well in the word processing but I was not able to see where I can change the link.

Have a nice day.

L.

New info : I found out (I don't know wether it's normal or not) that when go into the "Design mode" with "formulaire" toolbox (5th icon from the top of the left toolbar), when you press on the icon showing "a finger pressing a key", THEN you can select, edit, delete your hyperlink button.

I assume this is the normal behavior of "editing/deleting an hyperlink button" The procedure describe in the HELP is not valid though.

I supposed this topic should be closed but I don't know wether I have the right to close it or not, so I don't modify anything.
