Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 23917
_end in /cppuhelper/bsource/gcc3_linux_intel.map
Last modified: 2008-05-17 23:20:51 UTC
we need following patch for FreeBSD (taken from ports cvs repo), http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/ports/editors/openoffice-1.1/files/patch-cppuhelper%2bsource%2bgcc3_linux_intel.map written by Martin Blapp. This patch is very ad hoc but important, otherwise, OOo fails to start with the mysterious message: UNO component is not initialalzed.
Created attachment 12136 [details] add _end in gcc3_linux_intel.map DO NOT APPLY!!
mh->maho: what action do we need to take ?
It is not yet clear whether it is not a bug in FreeBSD ld.so. No action now, please.
