Replace Dashes does not work if before/after the space there is no letter/number.

Although the help doesn't reflect it: It is intended to replace with
emDash/enDash  not before the dash is included into text. 
Without a following text it is not possible to decide whether emDash or enDash
should be used.  It may be a good idea to also replace the dash when it is at
the start of the paragraph andfollowed by text.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
