To simulate:

1. New a spreadsheet with 3 sheets.
2. Right click on the sheet name tab to pop-up the menu
3. Select "Select All Sheets" option

All sheets are selected but no "Unselect All" option available to undo the 
select-all operation.

Hi,

This is not a bug but an support request!

Such function could not be implemented as at least one sheet must be selected.

To select only one sheet just try SHIFT and/or CTRL Click on the Sheettabs.
