I use Win98SE, OpenOffice 1.1, MySQL v 4.0.16 for win,
mysql-java-connector-3.0.9-stable.bin
When I open my sxw form with connections to MySQL database OO crashes.
Everything worked fine but when i reopened my form critical error occured:

Hi,

I don't get you.

Does OOo crash also when you open the datasource in the datasource view, or only
when you open this specific document?

Can you please attach the document to this issue if and only if this document
cause the crash. Can you also send a stack via the crash reporter.

No signs of crash.
