Description con.hennessy 2003-12-17 19:15:11 UTC
http://kde.openoffice.org/servlets/SummarizeList?listName=announce is currently
an empty mailing list and when I try to browse to it I get an error page instead
of a page to say that there are no mails yet in that mailing list.
Comment 1 stx123 2003-12-17 21:11:20 UTC
reassign to support
Comment 2 Unknown 2003-12-18 07:14:10 UTC
Verified this and filed an internal issue 24816 for the engineers to look at.
Comment 3 Unknown 2004-02-03 12:31:18 UTC
Still waiting for the engineers update on the internal issue.

Comment 5 Unknown 2004-03-29 13:46:11 UTC
This has been fixed in the forthcoming release. So meanwhile the engineer
suggested a *workaround* to fix this problem. A message needs to be posted to
any of the broken list, wait a bit for the indexer and archiver to process,
you will see that everything works fine again.

Assigning to ST to close this as resolved later. CN support review this issue
again in the next release.
Comment 6 stx123 2004-03-29 19:43:39 UTC
Thanks for pointing out the workaround.
Please add the target release to the status whiteboard (and resolve...)
Comment 7 Unknown 2004-04-01 05:56:27 UTC
Updating whiteboard for the version of SC where this is fixed. Resolve Later.

Comment 8 Unknown 2004-04-01 17:16:19 UTC

According to the status whiteboard one could have expected that this issue was
fixed with 2.6.2.4.5.
Comment 11 Unknown 2004-07-08 16:05:54 UTC
Updated the internal issue to get more visibility regarding this problem.
Comment 12 Unknown 2004-07-28 14:19:31 UTC
Updating whiteboard.
Comment 13 Unknown 2004-08-30 10:17:45 UTC

An update regarding the availability of the fix will be posted soon.
Comment 14 Unknown 2004-11-06 00:27:01 UTC
The fix for this issue is already checked in. Waiting for QA to verify the
patch. Next step will be to discuss application of this patch.
Comment 15 Unknown 2004-11-18 19:08:17 UTC
QA has now access to the Openoffice environment and data set. I will update
this issue with their feedback.
Comment 16 Unknown 2005-02-11 21:30:06 UTC
This is now fixed via a patch for 2.6.2. Available when the patch is applied
to the site.
Comment 17 Unknown 2005-03-02 19:35:31 UTC
The patch is now ready for the site. We would like to apply the patch
sometimes this week (downtime will not exceed 30 mins).
Comment 18 stx123 2005-03-31 12:28:52 UTC
When do you expect the patch to be applied?
Comment 19 stx123 2005-03-31 20:14:36 UTC
I have been notified that "patch that was applied to your site has resolved Ooo
23641."

Reopening for verification by support.
Comment 20 Unknown 2005-04-08 17:28:44 UTC
The patch was indeed supposed to fix this and it was verified in the test
environment.

However, during the application of the instance set (that openoffice has) this
fix was not rolled in. Our engineers are currently working to resolve this. I
will have an update soon.
Comment 21 Unknown 2005-04-12 00:05:52 UTC
Changing to TASK.
Comment 22 Unknown 2005-04-13 21:15:09 UTC
Changing this back to DEFECT. Not sure what I was thinking earler (must be a
mistake).
Comment 23 Unknown 2005-05-13 01:10:22 UTC
The patch is now ready to be applied. We would like to deploy this on Friday
(May 13, 2005) during Pacific hours. The downtime will be under 15 mins.

Please confirm.
Comment 24 stx123 2005-05-13 08:52:44 UTC
