When the cursor is on the little square in the right-hand elevator track, moving 
up and down among the rows, a little window opens up to the left of the cursor 
and indicates the row that the tracker is "on".  The problem is that the little 
window's number gets very wrong after row 10; it starts counting multiple rows 
when only a single one is passed.

This is a dumb kind of error.  The counter is probably unnecessary and it should 
be removed if it is not made accurate.  Looks bad.
