When Cut/Copy and paste in Calc The file size will increase.
The increment is not proposional to the data that cut/copy, but seems double the
whole file size. When the size is increase untill certain limit, it take 1/2
hour to just open a file with 200++ kb only.

I do not get what you mean? Is the file size increased after storing? Or do you
mean the usage of main memory?
Could it be http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=22409?
