This may be the wrong component but for the past three weeks, I have been
getting as many as four identical issue reports.  Once upon a time, a limit of
500 downloads would get all the messages.  This is no longer true.  I would like
to see an end to reporting a single issue under several categories.  Can't
something be done about it.

To add to the frustration, sometimes the same issue is reported twice to the
same category (such as www).

The same can be seen in allbugs-digest, e.g.:
