Description searob 2003-12-11 10:31:20 UTC
For the form control for cell hierarchy, there will need to be a way of
referencing nodes throughout the tree. In the regular table, cells are
referenced by Column and Row (A5) and ranges separated by a colon (A5:B6).

Each branch should be separated by a forward slash (B9/A2/B4) or a hyphen and
greater than sign (B9->A2->B4). Since each node may also be a table of cells,
they will need their own row and column references, such as A2. Some nodes may
be named and should be referenced in a similar way as regular table cells are
referenced by name.

This will affect: the referencing system from other cells and nodes, macro
script interpretation of references, other form controls and dialogs that rely
upon cell references, XML schema and interpretation.
