Creating an Chart without any option (just press create) gives the error:

"Error loading BASIC of document
file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/FB/Application%20Data/OpenOffice680/user/basic/dialog.xlc"

There if 4 errors with the followings files: script.xlc, script.xli, dialog.xlc,
dialog.xli

To reproduce this error:
1) Create a simple spreadsheet with 2 (or 3) columns containing for example 1,
2, 3 in the firts column, 4,5,6 in the second one and 7,8,9 in the third one.
2) Select the data (9 numbers).
3) In the menu: Insert - Chart
4) Without changing anything, press Create.
The errors appers.

Then, after pressing OK on all errors, the chart appears.
Then, when you click somewhere else on the spreadsheet, the chart starts blinking!
