Why don't the check boxes work in this word document? I'm
trying to convince people here that Open Office/Star Office
would be a good alternative for us. How do I attach the doc
in question?

As I remember Chack box is planned for OOo 2.0

Hi dstrom,

thanks for using and supporting OpenOffice...

I tried this with OOo680m17, which is a developer Build!!!
This version can handle your submitted file (checking and uncheckig the boxes)...

Please be patient, I think this will be in one of the next versions...

I tried the document with OOo1.1.1a and the checkboxes work now...
I'm going to close this Issue now
