RTL drawings are positioned differently to RTL frames in writer for some strange
reason, workaround placed in filter, but this is something that will have to be
examined closer for the unification of drawings and frames planned for 2.0.

any idea in which snapshot will the fix be included? it is broken in the m22
snapshot

Fix verified. Should be integrated in a version like 680m30.

Problem itself is fixed. Crash in 680m52 is tracked under 33216.
