When filters are set, they cannot be removed because the "remove filter" is 
never active. To remove the filter, I had to click on "autofilter", which 
removes the filters but sets another one.

Hi,

first of all, please attach documents as mime type
application/octet-stream.

I've tried it with an own document and could not reproduce the
behaviour you've described if I set the cell cursor into the filtered
area. If the cellcursor is outside the filter area, the function is
greyed out and therefore not accessible.
