A document in Outline View will not open, at least within a minute, when
updating DDE links.

To recreate:
1) Make sure the the File->Outline Layout is unchecked.
2) Paste a DDE link from a spreadsheet using Edit->Paste Special into the
   document
3) Save the document.
4) Exit OpenOffice.
5) Open the document.
6) Select "Yes" to the "Update links" popup.  Notice how quickly the document
   opens.
7) Switch to Outline Layout by checking File->Outline Layout.
8) Add a space to the document.  This is to enable File->Save.
9) Save the document.
10) Exit OpenOffice.
11) Open the document.
12) Select "Yes" to the "Update links" popup.  Notice the page count in the
    status bar increasing.
