This is a critical issue for a number of users I've seen on your newsgroups.

We need Word-like outlining capability.  That is, a mode where headings can be
collapsed and expanded, and editing of body text can occur.  This is a major
issue for those who use outlining as a design and thinking tool.  The Navigator
does have a little of the functionality required, but doesn't go far enough.  I
believe this is a critical decision point feature for many considering
swithching from Microsoft Office.
