Important Note:  This problem appears only in OO build 638, appears fixed in OO 
build 638c.

Problem and how to reproduce it:

1)	Create a blank presentation document with plain text somewhere on the 
doc.
2)	From Insert menu, scroll down to Object option, choose OLE Object.
3)	Create New radio button selected. Highlight StarOffice 6.0 Text.
4)	Click OK.  An unrecoverable error will result and closes all Open 
Office applications.

Related Notes:  
a)  Only inserting the StarOffice 6.0 object results in a program crash.  All 
other StarOffice presented no such failure with Create New option.
