Unknown reason make Icon purple(failed to make it transparent).
I already use the OOo for few months and testing, and it just come now. 
(few days ago, I play with the change the icon, but I change the other icon, not
the one which now become purple. and also for one or two days this problem
didn't happens)
I see in another computer too, many of the icon is purple. 

I will attach the screenshot. 

I use win XP, Office XP, OOo 1.1, VGA Geforce 4 MX from MSI, latest driver,
Samsung monitor at 1024x768, 16 bits.

additional info:
I already try to delete xml configuration file at
install_dir/user/config/soffixce.cfg
and bitmaps on install_dir/user/config/soffixce.cfg/bitmaps
at the result is still same.

Geforce4 MX 460, driver version 2.9.5.8 from NVIDIA, signed by ms win
xp .

Sounds like a graphical card driver problem to me. Please check this
problem with an older or newer driver. Check it with more or less
colors and a higher or lower resolution.

But why for months it is not a problem ? 
and why it is only happend in one icon instead on al icon. 

I also see simmiliar things, but it is in Old Laptop PI 166, memory 
32. OOo 1.1 Rc3. almost all icon become purple after few times I use 
it. at first time it is not a problem.  

Now I also didnt facing this problem again after reinstalling MY 
OOo.

Problem wasn´t reproducible on several different mashines running OOo 1.1 RC5.
