To reproduce this problem:

1. Make sure OpenOffice doesn't run
2. Start OpenOffice with soffice -accept=socket,host=localhost,port=8100;urp
3. Wait until OpenOffice is ready
4. Start a new instance with soffice -accept=socket,host=localhost,port=8101;urp

Under Windows you can see that the second instance waits forever. Starting
additional instances have the same problem. OOo 1.1rc2 doesn't show this strange
behavior.

Problem has already been fixed in a recent internal version and will
therefor be fixed in a next OOo Versin too.
