When saving writer document to word, Hebrew word order in varibales of document
properties incurrect- words switch locations.

See attached documents: 
* the origianl sxw document
* a msword documeent created from it

It has two variables- document title and document subject. In the document
properties, both contain multiple-word Hebrew values.

When opening the .doc version in word 2003, the word order of the vaules in the
document body is incorrect.

Going to file--properties in word shows the word order there as being correct.

I am using OO 1.1 final, and MS Office 2003, on windows 2003
