The attached word document has text and graphics that were created in MS word.
When the document is read into Open Office, the formatting is incorrect.  The
graphical pieces are not aligned as they appear in the Word application.

The correct import of the callout shapes with this so-called "spur
effect" is not already implemented in StarOffice. See issue 14617, it
describes the same problem.

Verified in cws_sj09 on sols, Lin, Win.
The bug itself is fixed in this issue.
There is still another issue 27541 which have to be fised before the bugdocs
looks ok.
