it is not longer possible to add new members to User Group "Domain Developer".
when filtering the users list, the following page is presenting links to wrong
members, e.g. filtering for mmi presents three links starting with the letter
'm'.  following this links give wrong results, so that it is not possible to add
new members.

I've filed internal issue PCN 23945 to deal w/ this. I will update
this issue when I have an update the internal one has been updated.

The user was added on 11/25, I'm sorry for not updating this earlier.
