When starting OO 1.1, it trys to connect to the internet on Win95 (not on Win98
or Win2000).

My version is [645m19] Build 8693.
Maybe this is similar to issue 16267.
The mailing-list says that this was a known bug, that would have been saved on
644m11, but obviously it is not.
